Urban Tails is, in my opinion, the best pet store in the Twin Cities! The staff was extremely helpful when I was looking for ear cleaner and litter for my new cat!! Their website is also super easy to use and you don’t miss out on brand specific deals. I was looking for a locally owned pet store that offered delivery, and I wasn’t disappointed!! Can’t recommend enough!

A true gem of a pet supply store. Staff are 10/10, my experiences with them over the phone, in person and with delivery have always been great. Products are good quality and also from smaller brands. If this was Urban Tails resort bar casino grill and grocery store you would never be able to get me out of here

Friendly staff and great selection - bigger than it looks from the outside! I’ve had plenty of positive experiences here in the past, but today one employee went above and beyond. I came in looking for litter and mentioned briefly that my cat has had an issue with spraying outside the box - they asked questions, explained various potential causes, and recommended products based on my responses. I walked out feeling SO much lighter and prepared to resolve an issue that’s been weighing on me for months. Such a pleasant surprise!
