Went to Urban Tails to stop giving Target our money. The staff were very helpful with finding a good replacement for cat litter. We signed up for their bulk litter program which will be cheaper than target's brand, there'll be no plastic waste, and they'll deliver. Winning all around. Thank you Urban Tails!

Friendly staff and great selection - bigger than it looks from the outside! I’ve had plenty of positive experiences here in the past, but today one employee went above and beyond.
