I moved into this neighborhood about six months ago and have been getting food, treats and supplies for my elderly cat here ever since. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. I'm just about to head there now to get more cat food!

What a gem of a local business! Urban Tails is not on my usual route, but I had an appointment in the area and was in need for birthday treats for my dog. Not only did I find more than enough treats, I found my new go-to pet store. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, there is a WIDE selection of products, and I was even able to place a bulk order of my dog's canned wet food at the store (and in terms of cost, cheaper than Chewy and comparable to Amazon). Icing on the cake was free delivery of the bulk order to my apartment. IMO, unless Urban Tails doesn't carry your product(s) there really isn't any reason to shop elsewhere since they can provide a similar level of convenience with much more community-level charm (e.g. two very adorable in-store kitties).
