There was the cutest kitty ever in the store and that alone warrants a 5 star review. But to add to the greatness of the kitty, today was my first ever visit to Urban Tails! The staff was so friendly. I loved seeing an interaction between another customer (who I assume is a regular) and the staff, it was so personable and kind and so cool to see! Such a wide variety of things for your pets, PLUS they’re doing lots of good things for our community such as collecting donations and sharing information. AND we were given some free goodies for it being our first time in! I was blown away by that! It truly made my day stopping in to Urban tails today! I cant wait to stop back again!

I stopped in for the first time this morning and am so glad I did. The employees were so kind and I got to meet the shop cat, Veronica. The employees even let me carry her around the store while I shopped ❤️ They have an amazing selection of cat toys/items compared to other places. I'll definitely start doing my pet shopping here now!

Went to Urban Tails to stop giving Target our money. The staff were very helpful with finding a good replacement for cat litter. We signed up for their bulk litter program which will be cheaper than target's brand, there'll be no plastic waste, and they'll deliver. Winning all around. Thank you Urban Tails!
