We’ll Fetch - You Stay

Urban Tails offers FREE next-day delivery Monday through Saturday to Minneapolis & St. Paul with a $25 minimum purchase. Deliveries under $25 will incur a $5 delivery fee. All delivery orders can be placed online at shop.urbantailspet.com. Sign up for Auto-Orders online to save 5% on your recurring deliveries! Deliveries for next-day can be placed up until midnight. All online orders placed after midnight will be sent out on the next calendar day. We deliver every day except Sundays! At this time, we exclusively offer delivery services to addresses within the city limits of Minneapolis & St Paul (no suburbs). Deliveries are completed between 11 am & 5 pm, depending on the size of our route. We encourage you to include a note at online checkout letting us know where we can leave your order. We cannot accommodate specific time requests for deliveries. If you have further questions, please call us at the shop during business hours at 612-879-0709, and we'd be happy to chat. Went to Urban Tails to stop giving Target our money. The staff were very helpful with finding a good replacement for cat litter. We signed up for their bulk litter program which will be cheaper than target's brand, there'll be no plastic waste, and they'll deliver. Winning all around. Thank you Urban Tails!

Urban Tails is, in my opinion, the best pet store in the Twin Cities! The staff was extremely helpful when I was looking for ear cleaner and litter for my new cat!! Their website is also super easy to use and you don’t miss out on brand specific deals. I was looking for a locally owned pet store that offered delivery, and I wasn’t disappointed!! Can’t recommend enough!

If this was Urban Tails resort bar casino grill and grocery store you would never be able to get me out of here
